Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is APC (brand name Paint Invaders), a limited liability company (SARL) located at 8 cité Rougemont, 75009 Paris, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 940 462 492. For any questions regarding your data: info@paintinvaders.com.
What data, and for what purpose?
- Online booking and payment (sessions, birthdays, gift cards): last name, first name, email, phone number, number of participants, payment information. Booking and payment are processed through our ticketing provider, 4Escape; bank details are not stored by Paint Invaders. Legal basis: performance of the contract.
- Quote requests (team building simulators, individuals, schools): last name, first name, company or institution, email, phone number, requested date, event details. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures at your request.
- Contact form : last name, first name, email, phone number, message. Legal basis: legitimate interest in responding to your requests.
- Audience measurement and advertising (if you consent): browsing data and online identifiers collected via cookies (see below). Legal basis: your consent.
Who receives your data?
Only the Paint Invaders team and necessary technical service providers:
- Webflow, Inc. (website hosting and site forms);
- 4Escape (booking, ticketing, and payment);
- Web3Forms (sending quote requests via email) and Make and Notion (transmission and tracking of quote requests);
- Google (Google Analytics, Google Ads) and Meta (Facebook, Instagram), only if you accept the corresponding cookies.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Union, particularly in the United States. These transfers are governed by the safeguards provided by the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses).
How long is data kept?

- Clients: during the business relationship, then 3 years for sending you information about our offers (unless you have opted out).
- Quote requests or contact inquiries without follow-up: 3 years after the last interaction.
- Accounting documents and invoices: 10 years (legal requirement).
- Audience measurement and advertising cookies: 13 months maximum; your cookie preferences are stored for 6 months.
Cookies
During your first visit, a banner allows you to accept or decline non-essential cookies with equal ease. If you take no action, no audience measurement or advertising cookies will be placed.
- Necessary cookies (always active): site functionality, 4Escape shopping cart and booking, and storing your cookie preferences.
- Audience measurement : Google Analytics 4, to track which pages are visited and improve the site.
- Advertising : Google Ads and Meta pixel, to measure the effectiveness of our ads and offer you relevant advertising.

Your rights
