GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are available at any time on the website and are systematically brought to the attention of each customer/user in order to enable them to place an order.
Thus, the fact of booking and buying a ticket online, and ticking the box “I accept the general conditions of sale” during the payment process, implies the full and complete acceptance, without reservation, of these terms and conditions.
ARTICLE 1 — CONCEPT
Paint Invaders is a creative and immersive leisure concept based on the practice of action painting. These general conditions of sale are applicable to any contract concluded between:
1. The company SARL APC, operating the Paint Invaders brand,
2. Users of action painting sessions, hereinafter referred to as Users, whether they booked personally or are part of the group of the person who made the reservation (hereinafter referred to as the Buyer).
The creative painting session booked online is referred to below as the SESSION.
SARL APC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions as well as the content of its website at any time, without notice. The applicable terms and conditions are those in force at the time of booking.
ARTICLE 2 — ACCESS AND USE OF THE WORKSHOP
The USER accesses the activity space for a limited time corresponding to the reserved SESSION.
Admission only upon presentation of the confirmation email received after payment.
Minimum age:
- The activity is not recommended for children under 6 years old.
USERS undertake to respect the equipment. Any voluntary degradation may result in re-invoicing.
SARL APC reserves the right to refuse access to anyone under the influence of alcohol/drugs or with disrespectful behavior. In this case, no refund will be made.
ARTICLE 3 — PRICES
The applicable rates are those indicated on the website at the time of booking. They are expressed in euros including VAT.
SARL APC reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but reservations will be invoiced based on the rates in force at the time of their validation.
Any additional service (privatization, team building, etc.) will be subject to additional invoicing.
ARTICLE 4 — RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
The reservation is made exclusively online via the website, within the limits of the availability displayed.
The reservation is only final after online payment (bank card or other secure method offered).
A confirmation email is automatically sent to the BUYER.
ARTICLE 5 — CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, tickets for dated leisure activities are neither cancellable nor refundable.
- Cancellation by the customer: no refund.
- Cancellation by Paint Invaders: full refund or reprogramming.
Any changes (date, time, number of participants) must be requested 48 HOURS before the session. After this period, no changes are possible.
A delay of more than 15 minutes may result in access being denied without a refund.
ARTICLE 6 — SAFETY AND RESPONSIBILITY
USERS are committed to:
- wear the protections provided (suits, overshoes),
- respect the instructions given by the staff,
- adopt respectful behavior.
It is forbidden to bring dangerous substances into the workshop.
SARL APC declines all responsibility in the event of minor injuries related to the misuse of equipment, or damage to personal objects.
ARTICLE 7 — PERSONAL DATA
SARL APC collects and processes the personal data of customers only to manage reservations and commercial communication.

ARTICLE 8 — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, leisure services provided on a specific date do not benefit from any right of withdrawal.
For gift cards, the BUYER has a period of 14 days from their receipt to exercise his right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 9 — IMAGE RIGHTS
Photos or videos of the sessions can be produced by SARL APC for promotional purposes (website, social networks). Participants implicitly accept this use, unless opposed in writing before the session.
ARTICLE 10 — APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT COURTS
These terms and conditions are governed by French law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, under the jurisdiction of the head office of SARL APC.
